This is in addition to the typical chemical/blowdown system. This system has been operated now as a case study for 5 years and has shown that it reduced water consumption by 30%, reduced chemical consumption by 20%, maintained system electrical design efficiency at 100% with no physical cleaning or brushing. The system has a minimum of 8 different intervention methodology's orchestrated together. Also, included is a annual service that includes repairs, testing, reports, and adjustments. This includes bringing the system fully in compliance with the guidelines and requirements for planning, testing, and record keeping of OSHA, EPA, CDC, ASHRAE, and CIT all at once. The system is recommended for new and for the restoration of design of existing systems. Demonstrated paybacks are less than 5 years depending on how far from design systems have drifted.
