  As director, I am responsible for articulating and animating the mission, vision, and programming of the Office of Campus Ministry. I manage a dynamic full-time staff, including an assistant director, a Campus Ministry associate, and a one-year Alumni Service Corps member. I am primarily responsible for the service and justice program, which includes developing and leading service opportunities for all class years, coordinating the summer immersion program, and acting as liaison with the Ignatian Solidarity Network. I serve as chair of the planning committee for our annual Arrupe Series on faith and justice, and of the liturgy planning committee which organizes all-school prayer opportunities. I oversee our senior Campus Ministry Team, including team selection, formation, and planning their annual retreat. As program coordinator for the Alumni Service Corps program, I handle recruitment of new corps members and formation programming for the current cohort.   I assisted in the planning and execution of all Campus Ministry programs, with a special focus on the sophomore and senior retreats. This included all logistics, leadership recruitment and formation, and communicating with students, parents, faculty, and retreat house staff. I also coordinated two service-immersion trips (Los Angeles and Philadelphia), making all arrangements, recruiting participants, and building/maintaining strong relationships with local partners. Other duties included serving on the Arrupe Series and liturgy planning committees, leading four student faith-sharing groups, overseeing Prep Food Pantry programming, developing Lenten reflection series and monthly educational displays, and pastoral availability for all students.
