  HVP Plantations is a large pine plantation manager with assets in excess of $1.9B across Victoria. Its plantations supply over 3.5 million tonnes of environmentally compliant and sustainable timber a year to local mills in regional towns in South East Australia. Timber is used for house frames, posts, plywood, packaging, paper and some timber is exported to Asia for processing. On any given work day over 800 people are working safely in our plantations.John manages a small professional team providing all HR services to HVP Plantations including recruitment, succession, development, Industrial Relations, payroll and remuneration, health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, job design, structures, culture and HR strategy. John is a member of the Corporate Lead Team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and secretary of the Board Compensation Committee.
