John and I worked together on a global transformation project revolving primarily around the configuration and deployment of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system for a company consisting of about 3,500 locations across North America, I was in an VP of Ops role serving as the Ops SME & Deployment Lead. If you have worked on such projects you understand that they are very complicated with a lot of moving parts and often aggressive timelines. They are typically involving substantially changing the way a lot of people do their jobs on a day to day basis, as well as massive amounts of data gathering & scrubbing. We Operations folks are notoriously averse to change (particularly in 50 year old parking companies), and this is a lot of that. Enter John, who had the unenviable task of Change Management in such an environment. John was terrific to work with on this. Confident, yet with an open mind. Receptive to critical nuances he may not fully understand yet focused enough on the big picture to workaround or overcome transient one-off objections, and the wisdom to ask for help when the difference was not apparent. Highly organized and relentlessly positive in the face of inertia. John was dealing with people from the C-Suite to front line employees, and did it all with class and integrity. In short, John is the kind of person you want on your team and I hope we work together again in the future.

John and I worked together on Impark’s companywide weekly webinar series. Early on he was identified and featured as one of our
