In my current role I run an account management team of ten who work across my B2C client base. I have full autonomy over recruitment, training and on-going management of this team who oversee circulation of approaching three million subscriptions and £7 million in annual revenue for Air Business Subscriptions. My key day to day responsibilities include: - Employing a digital first mind set and fostering this within my account management team. - Creating and managing relationships at all levels for all of the publishers I'm responsible for. - Liaising with senior client partners and project managing their big ticket projects from inception to completion. - Trouble shooting - resolving complex escalated issues and ensuring that robust remedial solution/systems are implemented. - Identifying new revenue streams for Air Business Subscriptions through our innovative services and systems and actively promoting them to our client base. - Consultancy - acting as a point of reference and advice for my clients when they are looking to develop new systems/processes or implement new procedures and marketing strategies. - Analysis and review of operational efficiency across our business. Looking for improvements to processes and practices and not subscribing to a 'that's how we've always done it' ethos. - Running of my account management team and ensuring that they are operating at the optimum level across all publishers. - Ensuring that best practice is effectively shared across publisher teams and that this approach is the norm. - Recruiting and designing training programmes for new starters across the account management team.
