Minneapolis C3 SoftWorks creates a variety of training game software for the classroom and web. The software is an easy to use shell that allows you to easily add your content which can include questions, and many ways to introduce teaching points within a game. My job primarily consist of developing the concepts for training games from an instructors perspective and training instructors around the world on how to use games as a serious teaching tool.

Woodbury, Minnesota Woodbury is a unique department, it has Police Officer Paramedics as well as firefighter/paramedics, I am a one of a few that work on the police side and supplement the ranks. In addition I also help train in new paramedics including Police officers and others who work for the city. I have created 6 promotional videos for the agency over the past few years.

After selling EMED to HealthEast transportation, I stayed on as a Paramedic, and helped them develop their education programs. I also developed a Public Access Defibrillator program that placed 100 of AEDs, and was responsible for training people on the use of AEDs.

EMED was a training company that developed out of training Public Safety agencies, industry, and at the college levels. As my reputation grew as an educator, I got more and more request to train other agencies, and the request for training in the private sector increased, EMED was created to help meet the demand.Besides training 1000s of public safety agencies, EMED, trained a variety of companies. The company was sold to HealthEast Systems in 2001.
