  Using my iPhone and a Theta Z1, I took 360° images of homes to create a 3D virtual tour and made notes of any notable observations–such as condition items, updates or views that may impact the value of a home. Upon completion of a scan, the information would then be delivered to an appraiser, who will complete the virtual tour of a home, develop an opinion of value and assist borrowers, agents and lenders across the country in closing their loans.
