  I am the business manager for two federal education grants totaling over $900,000. I create the grants' annual budgets, provide directors with financial reports, and ensure grant funds are spent within grant guidelines to ensure compliance with federal, state, and university regulations. I am also the Human Resources Manager for my department ensuring that all hiring paperwork is completed on time and staff time reports have been submitted. I was resonsible for training personnel on technical equipment and watch-standing procedures. I worked extensively with state-of-the-art communications equipment and cryptographic materials. I set up telecommunications networks with both US and foreign navies. I was a Fleet Message Center Supervisor during the Kosovo Campaign of 1999 and served as Assistant Top Secret Control Officer.
