  Manage all intermodal operational activities: ensure service commitments are met safely and efficiently; execute safety and operational plans to ensure inbound and outbound goals are met. Manage vendors and contractors efficiently to ensure terminal demand; staff the operation accordingly; and evaluate terminal and network performance metrics. Key Accomplishments: • Team leader of network availability steering committee to implement processes and solutions to improve customer commitments; and developed a stacking plan to best serve the customer during periods of extreme terminal congestion. • Identified and communicated annual capital needs; coordinated successful infrastructure improvement maintenance projects. • Trained other managers and employees on policies and procedures; lean and project management trained; participated in planning and service design needed for network optimization. • Successfully created and implemented a schedule that improved productivity and reduced overtime; and created an employee productivity measurement tool. • Implemented and deployed a terminal safety plan; member of safety committee to reduce truck driver related safety hazards throughout the network; and trained in environmental policies and actions to prevent environmental issues.
