I have been a Technical Writer for some time now, and I think that John was one of the finest supervisors I ever worked with. While I was working for several of his teams and assisting with their integration teams, John always communicated a clear vision of what was needed and provided an excellent example of laissez-faire management - recognizing the professionalism of his people while always being available to provide expert guidance if needed, never losing sight of the mission goals both above and below his organization.
