Provided many continuous improvement project ideas that were implemented successfully and provided substantial cost reductions/savings. - Developed unique Controls and robotics software programs for use in the manufacturing process. Claim to Fame was their pierce stations that used Diffracto vision system to locate vehicle body and pierce net locating holes using Gantry pierce system. Further product development including Gantry Robots that installed doors fenders and deck lids.
