  I am a qualified mechanical fitter by trade, with over 15 years of experience, with the last 5 years being the maintenance supervisor for surface and underground fixed plant. I have worked on a range of projects consisting of shutdowns, construction, maintenance, repair and breakdown within the mining and resources industry. My knowledge and experience with fixed plant equipment is diverse, proving my ability to learn new skills and implement them efficiently. My high standards of work and integrity ensure all tasks are completed safely and on schedule. My experience has provided me with a solid foundation and respect for safety, and enhanced my appreciation for team work, understanding its true value and importance. Additionally, I am methodical and organised. I see all jobs through to completion and can adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics. I am confident with all that I do, and have the drive and desire to extend myself further. My strengths lie in my ability to work well in a team or as an individual, comply with strict standards and always be safety focused.
