Worked on-site at the Navy’s Program Office and was tasked to manage engineering changes as the Navy built the CG 47 Class AEGIS Cruisers. Rode ship trials, attended screening conferences, and worked to resolve engineering issues between the shipbuilders, their vendors and other Government agencies. Managed a large AEGIS Lessons Learned Committee with representation from many Navy and commercial organizations tasked to ensure engineering changes were being implemented on ships in the fleet.
