      Capital Region BOCES provides leaders, services and support to over 150 school districts throughout the capital region. They provide technical services such as VLAN administration and support, employee management, lab and network installation, and equipment purchasing. I also provide phone, in-house and out-house support to employees in school districts all over the state. - When moving from Novell to Windows, performed over 200 manual switches to the new domain. - Set up over 10 computer labs in different school districts. - Rewired LAN cables in a drop ceiling. - When BOCES moved locations, worked overtime to help set up the new server room with over 100 servers, including mounting them on the racks, organizing them on a spreadsheet, and labeling them. - Mastered Windows 7, XP and MacOS. - Fully supported Berne-Knox-Westerlo school district for a week by myself.
