My role was to lead a large team of Parts Sales Specialists and Admin Teams supplying Genuine Parts to new and current clients worldwide while continuing to provide an excellent customer service at all times. My responsibilities included Aftersales Support visiting our dealerships and partners in Asia and Europe. The objective to implement strong sales processes, identify new selling opportunties and share best practice in the group around Asia. I also delivered Customer Service/Selling Skills coaching to team members in the group and introduced improved processes for Stock Management/Stock Inventory to assist with reducing stock levels and preventing obsolete stock.
