John was a tremendous asset and provided crucial direction and insight in helping me to get the new CodeBlue BOP branch running over the last year. He was diligent, available, interested, articulate and very encouraging. I learned a tremendous amount from him in how to manage the services side of our branch, setting up/monitoring/implementing/follow through of KPIs with the team, getting the bigger picture of the branch, forecasting and a better understanding of the finances including the P&L and monthly budgeting. He is always encouraging, a great listener and works hard to draw the best out of you. Has been an absolute pleasure working with him.
