As a Territory Operations Supervisor with Ameritox, I oversee 25-30 Specimen Processors (SP) and Specimen Administrators (SA) over regions of Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Colorado, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Virginia, Maine and Massachusetts. Scope of accountability includes interviewing and training employees; overseeing SP schedules according to each clinics workload; and working directly with the SP/SA, Sales Consultant, and clinic staff to ensure processes are reflective of our SP Compliance Policy. • Develop and update clinic specific Standard Operating Procedures with each individual clinic to ensure proper processes are up to date and within all HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback laws and regulations. • Along with the SP Program Management team, develop SP/SA specific business plans to determine strategic and tactical goals regarding customer satisfaction and accurate sample submission • Continue to enforce and monitor the completion of all training initiatives that are distributed to the SP/SA to maintain compliance of all laws and regulations • Monitor the daily/weekly tracker completion and submission from the SP/SA to provide weekly management to maximize efficiency and cost per sample. • Audit accounts and implement disciplinary action when necessary for an SP/SA. .
