  Enterprise Learning Alliance is a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). Pupils in a PRU have often been excluded from their mainstream school for behaviour reasons, and experience emotional or behavioural difficulties, including problems with anger, mental health issues, and school phobia/refusal.
