As a team of 10, consisting of Illustrators, Designers and Videographers, we develop concepts, design amazing visuals and drive the business forward with our continued desire for excellence and success. As a senior leader within the business and a strategic lead in my field, I sit on the the commercial team in order to push the boundaries of our offer and construct new strategies for our products. I have been key in developing product innovations, new frameworks, work streams and contributing to our "force for good" initiative as a certified B-Corp business. Leading a team of creative designers on the creation of CGI menus sets for DVD and Blu-ray releases, I was responsible for the client management across the company. Using the scheduling software Farmers Wife, it was my responsibility to manage the team and ensure deadlines were met. Working with clients such as Fox, Channel 4, Warner Brothers, Sony and Universal, I was involved in award winning high profile creative projects such as Shaun of the Dead and Phoenix Nights. Music and film clients consisted of worldwide multi-territory releases and I was required to communicate with Asia Pacific, Benelux, EMEIA and U.S/Canada based clients. Projects would often have tight deadlines for both the UK and worldwide territories.
