I am part of an award winning team whose aim is to develop and deliver the Employment & Skills Plan for the 4D SEC National Skills Academy for Construction project ensuring that we Recruit New Entrants, Qualify & Up skill the workforce (including the Supply Chain) whilst developing a Skills Culture and Infrastructure for the project and local community. Administer, co-ordinate and deliver training in accordance with the monthly training schedule. Maintain the Lewes Training Centre facilities, equipment and documentation to ensure training is delivered on time, on budget to client satisfaction. Formulate training programmes identified from the requirements of the 4D Management Team and their respective managers, report on training deliverable's. Provide SHE and management training and specific skills training for 4D staff and sub-contractors. Help to manage the Training Centre programme and staff safety training records monthly. Deliver client driven training through feedback. Identify and develop strategy for long term training delivery option in support of cost neutral training. Provide support for 4D Operations training as determined by the SHE Director.
