The idea of speaking to a Lender for those who have experienced financial difficulties can be a daunting and overwhelming situation. At Aspen we treat our borrowers as we would want to be treated ourselves. Using this method has been highly successful and results in a 97.5% success rate of being able to assist our borrowers. Not only does this create a positive outcome for our borrowers to remain in their homes but it also creates a winning situation for our investors! At Aspen, I oversee a team of Asset Managers and Loan Operations Specialists. Team building is the primary focus to create a positive work environment.
