I am Senior Propuslion Scientist at Orbital Technologies. I am by training a plasma physicist , primarily theoretical, who works primarily on Electric Propulsion for Space but also Fusion energy and Kaluza-Klein theory. My primary work on electric propuslion involves the MET(Microwave Electro-Thermal) thruster using water vapor as propellant. I am also working on ion thrusters. I am the author of the new book "Beyond Einstein's Unified Field: Gravity and Electro-magnetism Redefined" which is a non-technical exploration of the work of Einstein and others to unify the two long range forces of nature. The books goes on to present my own unification theory, the "GEM theory," which has been developed over the last 30 years . My own effort follows in Einstein's footsteps (except that I embrace quantum mechanics) and uses the tools he prepared. This theory is more precisely an extension and merging of the work of Hawking, Kaluza-Klein and Sakharov on the relationships of EM and gravity. I am pleased with the results: a "thumbnail" version of the cosmos that is full of hydrogen and a has two long range forces. The theory presents a physical model of gravity fields as a fine-scaled EM quantum phenomenon and also predicts a highly accurate value of "G" the Newton gravitation constant in terms of the masses of the electron and proton , Planck's constant, and the electron charge. This formula is good to 1 part per thousand and has no free parameters. So, I am pleased with this result. The theory predicts that gravity fields can be modified directly by EM fields and that both anti-gravity and faster-than-light propulsion is thus possible technologically. It also predicts "vacuum decay" where the vacuum of the cosmos itself is subject to instability and periodically produces electron-proton pairs plus EM and gravity radiation. I have also authored "Life and Death on Mars: The New Mars Synthesis" (2010) and "Dead Mars Dying Earth" (1999) Show less
