Attach parts to trucks in a very fast paced envirnment; knowledge of sequencing part numbers; safety guidelines for specific areas; make repairs on broken or non-conforming parts; ensure the quality of parts and report any defects. I learned many jobs here, and was well respected and praised for the ability jump in and do most jobs with minimal training and supervision. We built four door three-quarter ton pick-up trucks in this plant. In a ten hour shift we built between 200-400 trucks depending on production needs. Most jobs had to be completed with in 30-40 seconds. As I was assigned to new jobs, would then train tranferred employees to that specific job. I also helped train new team leaders on several occasions. Show less
