      Malta is home to many of the leading iGaming companies in the world, and I got an opportunity to work with one of the industry leaders, Paddy Power Betfair. Starting as a Customer Service Agent learning specific sports & gaming rules and regulations, banking and fraud procedures, Responsible Gambling support, ID & Verification legislations whilst assisting multiple customers at once this gave me the tools to progress into the Night Shift team. There I would learn about back-end website support and management, trading and social media customer support and marketing. I progressed to the Night Shift Lead position where I was responsible for supporting and managing a team of 6 and approx 20-30 agents at any one time working through many major sporting events.
