Malta is home to many of the leading iGaming companies in the world, and I got an opportunity to work with one of the industry leaders, Paddy Power Betfair. Starting as a Customer Service Agent learning specific sports & gaming rules and regulations, banking and fraud procedures, Responsible Gambling support, ID & Verification legislations whilst assisting multiple customers at once this gave me the tools to progress into the Night Shift team. There I would learn about back-end website support and management, trading and social media customer support and marketing. I progressed to the Night Shift Lead position where I was responsible for supporting and managing a team of 6 and approx 20-30 agents at any one time working through many major sporting events.

My responsibilities were to resource stock and specialist items, project manage and attend site visits, also source new accounts whilst maintaining a range of high volume customers. I attended a training scheme with Aurora Lighting to learn and utilise the Relux lighting design software of which I received qualification to use and recommend the software in future installations.
