  I had two roles at KIS Jeju. As the High School Dean of Boarding, I recruited and managed a staff of 34 in the charge of 220 residential students. I conducted regular professional development to give confidence in working with the social and emotional needs of the students. Working and guiding the collaboration of the staff, we developed after-school and weekend activities that enhanced the interests of the students.
