  Achievements and responsibilities (from my internship up to now) include:- Design, develop and maintain systems like HRIS, costing system, telecommunication web services and applications.- Involve in requirements gathering and anaylsis, solution designs and client meetings.- Conduct testing(unit, integration and regression), bug/defect investigations, reporting and fixing.- Serve as techincal support managing applications and services, addressing technical issues and giving solutions. - Produce project/change request estimations and scheduling, and work breakdowns.- Support team by providing assistance on their tasks and problems, sharing learnings, knowledge and experiences in development.- Contribute technical documents like software designs and specifications, DB designs, requirements analysis, test items, deployment guide and user's manual.- Work on different software development methodologies like waterfall and rapid application development.
