John facilitated a session at Brother Rice High School for the Dads' Club in 2008. The meetings was designed to provide tools and language for dads and sons so they could have more meaningful conversations. I participated in this session with my son and found it to be intellectually interesting, and insightful relative to our relationship and how we talk. John took us through a series of questions that helped us better understand each other and our aspirations. This enabled really interesting and intimate conversations. The session itself provided a foundation for a deeper understanding that has led to additional rich conversations.between us. The tools and techniques have become part of our repertoire as we continue to interact in increasingly productive ways. John's expertise in father/son relationships is unparalleled based on the research he has done. Additionally, his skill in facilitating impactful, relationship-changing sessions is world-class. I would recommend him highly to other groups.
