My responsibilities at Eby Family Dental are to primarily make sure the patients that I am seeing are as safe as they can possibly be during a procedure and are getting the most appropriate treatments for their oral health as stated by the doctor. My roles in the office have shifted since the beginning of my time at Dr. Eby's office; from chairside assisting and being an experienced laboratory technician to a more specialized assistant in oral surgery and prosthetics, I have become a large asset to the doctors office. My responsibility as a cashier at walmart was to ensure the customers convenience was as pleasant as possible by being as friendly and helpful as possible. I employed several techniques from this job into my current job of a dental assistant and learned to become more customer/patient oriented and become a more active listener.
