John joined Healthcare Solutions back in March of 2020. A time were most company's didn't know what their future held. As an HR professional managing the needs of both of our locations, John preserved, during the thick of the covid19 pandemic and is still preserving the our human capital (workforce) all while keeping cost down and focusing on people first in every decision he makes. He shows dedication to the HR processes and the compliance aspects of the profession. He also shows and brings a positive Human Resources presence through his personality, knowledge of HR and attitude at Healthcare Solutions. I am happy to be working with him and look forward to many more great years of him providing excellence in his department and Healthcare Solutions.

I was John's supervisor when he was a Personnel Coordinator with Independent Counselling Enterprises (I.C.E.) In this role John was primarily responsible for screening and recruitment of front line employees for the agency. As such the role had a networking component as well as other forms of recruitment and administrative tasks. From fairly early on I recognized that John was an individual with strong analytical skills and high capabilities in general. John also had a strong work ethic and was goal focused and determined to deliver on any tasks given to him. John approached all tasks given to him with vigor. John also had strong interpersonal skills. He was extraverted and made new connections networking. John was also a team player within the agency and was well liked by his coworkers. During his time with ICE John made strong contributions to the agency and I am happy to highly recommend him. Wayne Visser Manager of Personnel and Training Independent Counselling Enterprises
