Management wanted to see the effectiveness of the company's internal chatbot. On a team with two others tasked with generating reports to show relevant information about how useful the chatbot was to users. Designed python scripts to analyze the data and output relevant information into files to be displayed in Power-BI reports Deployed the software to be run with a single script updating a persistent report Used once per week by upper level management to regenerate the reports adding in that week’s data. Tools: Power BI, Python, Pandas, Jupyter Notebook With two other interns we created a Power BI report for analyzing the inputs and responses of the chat bot. We took in the transcripts from the chat bot and produced a comprehensive report that gave valuable information on the bot for the developers as well as the product owner and business executives. While shadowing the help desk agents it was a great learning experience to see how to work with people with very little technological background and help them through problems. After shadowing people on the help desk it allows me to work with people who don't have much knowledge of technology and help them understand what I am doing or how to solve a problem. Show less
