I enjoyed working with John at Verizon. His extensive knowledge of the different OS and software that ran on many different brands of hardware is a valuable asset. I would recommend John to anyone in need of reliable, efficient and friendly support of their platform and the people using it.

Don Angotti

John worked for me as an IT specialist and was one of my main "go to" guys for any type of HW/SW support needs because of his high level of skills in those areas. John was adept at troubleshooting any number of systems issues we faced over the years and could always be counted on to find a solution. Sometimes those solutions were innovations as John was quite capable of figuring out a way to make things work. I appreciated John's quite, steady manner as he never got frustrated or angry even when the going got tough and the pressure was on. John was always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, regardless of time or travel, he could always be counted on. I can highly recommend John as an asset to any organization.
