  During My freelance with Retro Group Asia again. I was exposed to more types of events including weddings, symposiums, awards ceremonies, roadshows, etc. With this much exposure, I've gained new knowledge and skills in dealing with event coordination, and time management. healthcare due to long working hours that requires us to be awake for 48 hours and 3 hours rest.   During my Internship in Retro Group Asia which mainly focuses on Events. I had the opportunity to learn from stages A - Z such as event planning , event setup, creative designs, event task, how to deal with clients, learn about new types of equipments that needs to be use in what kind of situations, learned about softwares that is required for what types of events, meetings, teamwork, responsiveness, adaptation, paperwork, how to do research, how to plan proposals etc. During my Internship in Retro Group Asia which mainly focuses on Events.
