My role at LA Fitness Brighton had me managing one of the most successful branches across the LA estate. As General Manager, I was commercially and operationally responsible for the clubs performance. I managed a branch that is in the top 3 of the company, had over 4,600 members and had been over exceeding sales targets and operational audits over a number of years. I managed a team of 25 club staff, 20 personal Trainers, 15 class instructors and have took the club through a multimillion pound investment and development. Term on term we managed to bring on over 20 new using schools for September and the new academic year.
