To Whom It May Concern, I have worked with Johanne Cossette for 8 years through the Key Travel. During this time our organization purchased over 2000 tickets for about two and half million dollars. Although our account was not one of her bigger accounts, she always had time to listen to our needs carefully and draft the best way to approach every complication. She in each year needed to build or improve the systems to be able to handle very complex form of payments, domestic and international from individuals, organization or something in mid-way. Also, to tailor ticket to the needs of each individual. Her patience with each one of the customers was commendable. Also, her sense of responsibility to finish the job in the best way. She had to put lots of overtime from her residence at all odd times of the week or weekend to make sure the job was done well and on time. Johanne was one of the main reasons that we came back to Key Travel every year. I am proud to say that I am not just a costumer but a friend.
