Our missions at Women in Design are structured around three areas: • Inform and raise awareness • Inspire and make talents visible • Impulse and connect We, Women in Design believe that the richness of design comes from the plurality of approaches, personalities, genders. So, we question the status quo which today represents Design in France to restore parity in order to offer a new plural and more representative view of Design and its history. Our mission for gender equality is necessarily accompanied by a new inclusive vision of Design, revealing female talents, which have existed for a long time but stayed invisible. Thus, Women in Design is the first association for all women and non-binary persons, design practitioners, French-speaking.

Within a multidisciplinary team I have the role of Lead Designer. I organize the creativity sessions, brainstormings and other workshops. I work on user experience storyboards and performs application wireframes and navigation maps. As a creative consultant, my role is to serve various companies. I’m particularly oriented on new technologies and the interactions they may have with people and between themselves for rich experiences. Recognition of movement, tactile experiences, mobility experiences for all kinds of people such as field technicians, laboratory technicians, employees working in companies in full digital switchover, general public with BtoC applications.

Entourée par une équipe pluridisciplinaire d'employés de Microsoft et d'autres sociétés françaises, nous passons du temps à conseiller les étudiants et échanger avec eux sur leurs projets. Cela ne concerne cependant que quelques jours par an. As Wygwam is a software and computing services company I work for a lot of different clients. Working in teams with interaction designer, visual designers, ergonomists and developpers. My presence during the meetings with clients, the organisation of workshops and brainstormings with clients and users, the communication between the technical and creative teams is a big part of my daily work. I also do wireframing, storyboarding and all elements necessary for the client to understand the interface, for the visual designers to be able to create and for the developpers to have the informations they need.
