I worked and took the lead on a broad variety of projects for clients from the entertainment, energy, security, health, and connected home industries such as E.on, Electrolux, Microsoft, Fingerprints, Briab, and others. I built entire processes for those projects and conducted user research, user testing, workshops and concept ideation sessions, then turned their insights into successful exhibition pieces, brand identities, animated demos, Kickstarter campaigns, mobile applications and digital services that are now on the market. I also guest lectured for a UX curriculum at Hyper Island.Process-wise, I use drawing as my primary expression tool to research and communicate ideas and concepts, giving a living, gestural touch to all my productions. During my time at KooKooning, I focused on creating a seamless user experience for both the website and mobile application of the service, implementing behavioral tracking tools for user testing and advising engineers regarding user frustrations, opportunities for evolutions and implementations of new functionalities. I translated my insights into mockups and prototypes, doing an entire overhaul of the visual language of the platform in the process, from icons, illustrations to stop-motion videos, in order to stay true to the brand values.
