I worked directly with Johanna from 2016 to 2018 at GE Healthcare. She was pivotal in setting and executing the global strategy for the Brilliant/Smart Factory (or Industrial Internet of Things). With her support, we are able to enable and scale the digital transformation across our Global Supply Chain. She provided coaching to me on the functional/hardware side as well as the digital/software team. I would definitely work with her again!

I worked with Johanna during her time as Product Champion and Capacity Expansion Program Manager and reported directly to her during her time as Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager. I agree with what our other colleagues have said about her technical and management abilities. There is no question she is strong in those areas, though I will also mention that she has excelled in spite of GE’s organizational complexity. What most impressed me about Johanna is her ability to learn from, and change, her behaviors and leadership style to be a more effective leader. Many leaders ask for feedback from their teams, but very few take that feedback and use it to make noticeable and lasting change in how they lead. Johanna does and I thought that was exceptional.

I build and manage cross-functional, diverse teams that solve business problems by combining my background in lean and agile principles with project management and technical experience. My goal is to bring a continual improvement, goal-oriented mindset to every client and project. By helping business intelligence and data management teams uncover the big picture, I ensure there is a focus on developing deliverables that meet the business need. My role helps technical teams collaborate with our clients’ business users, ensures the data management strategies we develop help solve problems and transform business users’ ability to access data, then use it to make critical decisions. I believe in using metrics to drive action and setting clients up for future success so they can own their data management solutions independently.
