  At the ESF Council I have served as a professional generalist, working in different functions: regional coordinator, managment/business support and change management. I can quickly get to know and understand different policy areas and societal challenges. As regional coordinator I have developed strategy documents, mobilized regional actors, written calls, held information meetings and legally tested project applications. I was assigned projects to coordinate, coach and monitor regarding governance, management, budget, goal completion and implementation. During controls and investigations, interviews were conducted with participants and project staff. The projects usually ran between 2-4 years and had a total budget between SEK 50-100 million. Since the beginning I also worked with business and management support besides my core tasks (planning, budget, payout forecasts, analyses, inquiry, monitoring reporting). During the last three years I managed a transformation project in the organisation. Containing: - Further development and modernization of a new method platform.
