I started working in Sirius sport resort Oy when the company started running it's business. My main responsibility was instructing activities for groups. (My main activity was Flowboarding, which is an alternative boardsport combining most of the boardsports to ride on artificial waves). As an instructor I was working with different kinds of people and with different sized groups in sometimes hectic environment. When instructing a group I was in responsibility of their main safety, even though customers had to sign a waiver of liability. In a start of the business I was also in time to time responsible of the front desk of the company which includes taking care of payments and check-ins for the different activities. I was also taking part of creating different events and happenings in the company as well as helping the sales department with corporate customer sales.
