Johanna Lichtenheld is extremely knowledgeable about healthcare policy and business development in both Medicaid and commercial markets. She took on increasing responsibility in the proposal development area including managing Salesforce for the VPs of business development. She is very thorough and proactive in developing healthcare market scans as well as in maintaining competitive business intelligence information. She is a self starter and requires very little direction on any project which she managed. She is a great writer and has great communication skills. I worked with her at a several sales conferences where we met potential state clients at our booth. She was very engaging and explained the company's productive in a very effective manner. She is a consummate professional and is someone I enjoyed working with. She is a team player. She has my highest recommendation.

Cynthia Weinmann, MS, CP APMP

It is a pleasure to write this recommendation for Johanna Lichtenheld. Johanna and I worked together at APS for almost nine years, and she has been a valued colleague for the entire time. Her attention to detail and organization are excellent. Whether it was producing state Medicaid and other public program proposals, redesigning and maintaining our Salesforce tool, or redesigning and maintaining our SharePoint site, Johanna's contributions are always superior. Johanna has excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with internal colleagues and external contacts. She provided support at a number of presentations and marketing booths, and her approach is professional at all times. I would not hesitate to hire Johanna, nor would I hesitate to work with her in any capacity in the future.
