I worked together with Johanna at Paradox Interactive, where she was responsible for the content in our CRM communications. Johanna had great skill in copywriting and she always delivered engaging, personalized and to the point copy that took our CRM communications to a new level. Johanna regularly went out of her way to innovate new ways to really make our email marketing stand out, both in terms of copywriting and visually. She is a driven, precise and a friendly colleague that contributed enormously to the CRM team’s success.

I've had the pleasure to work with Johanna at Paradox where she was a part of the CRM team where I was lead. When she started I knew that she was quite new to the world of CRM, but that did not show at all. She was a quick learner and can take in a large amount of information and act on it. She is not afraid to ask questions if anything seems unclear and this is what also enabled her to take on projects and commitments and deliver on them. She is very creative in solving problems and shared her ideas which many we used in our actual work. I am also quite impressed that she could handle both work and her studies at the same time without it having an impact on our goals as a team. What I miss the most is all the humor she has and I had a lot of fun working with her. Hopefully, our paths will cross again in the future!
