As head of 2 units within the Pilke Group, I have continued to develop my leadership skills and supervision skills. In addition to the fact that the work requires a great deal of organizational ability and logical thinking, it also requires a great deal of knowledge in human thinking. In this role, I have also continued to be responsible for marketing my devices and I have had the opportunity to express my thoughts in writing through blog posts. In addition, I have had many translation assignments and it has really challenged my literary ability.

I was a supervising teacher and my part was aimed primarily at students with challenging behavior. Part of my task was to go out to schools that needed guidance to help and support them. Another big part of my work image was lecturing to different schools and staff groups. In this role, my leadership skills have increased significantly. Here I have also been able to start up projects and have been involved in developing various projects, for example students who are tired of school. A large part of my time was also spent taking care of the social channels and marketing our unit. As a marketer, I learned, for example, how to get the most hits on a social channel and how to formulate yourself in the best way. In this role I also had the opportunity to show my literary pages when I got to write several blogs. As an extension of my literary knowledge, I also got to read books that were used for the visually impaired people who went to the unit I worked at.

I have worked as a special kindergarten teacher in a Finnish-Swedish preschool. As a special needs teacher, I have both been responsible for younger children, but for the most part my work has been about being responsible for the preschool children. I also had a supervisory responsibility towards my colleagues when it came to pedagogical and special educational support. Here I learned a lot when it comes to staff and supervision not only when it comes to the specific subject but also from a more psychological and humanistic perspective.

During my first year in Finland, I worked as a special class teacher in a FinnishSwedish primary school. I was responsible for a class of 10 students. The students in the class were mixed up in several different ages, which further taught me to adapt my pedagogy to the student. The variety of diagnoses on the children was also very large and it placed high demands on my flexible and stressresistant thinking.
