  Working as an HR Intern its quite challenging and interesting I got the opportunity to explore more about the career field that am in. I learn about different departments in HR, which are as follow the recruitment department where the hiring creating posts selection process interviews shortlisting qualification verification and reference check takes place the training department whereby we equip our employees give them the kind of training that they need to develop them self in order to be effective in the workplace we create programs for them that they should attend, we also observe their performance in order for to see their weak point. We have the administration department where we process new appointments, resignation, promotions, and translation in rank we also audit the leaves and monitor the registers in in other departments, confirming employment is one of the things we also do. We have claims and overtime departments where we capture claims and overtimes forms enquire overtime authorization and updating claims and overtimes forms. Show less
