My responsibilities as a Merchandiser were to initiate an alternative plan in case of weather change or possible outcome that may lead to a delay. Thus propose on creating alternative routes to showing up to work on time. Upon arrival of the route issued by Sr Lead Merchandiser, I enter the premise and present myself as an Pepsi vendor and ask for either store manager/assistant. Thus demand or recommend anything specific they need me to establish within the store. Once consulted, I make my way to located merchandise. Then I prepare a pick list of the merchandise needed for the empty holes on the shelves. Once I get situated I head on back and pick out the the products I need and safely load them onto a flatboat. I must follow both Pepsi and the stores safety procedures before I start packing out the products into the shelf . There is constant bending squatting lifting and assisting customers so, I must maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times but when all shelves are stocked I head on to the back room I dispose of any cardboard or plastic wrap and I make sure our merchandise section is condensed and prepared for our customers to locate our brand. My position as Food Runner and Expo we initiate with greeting guests as they enter into the premise.Then establish and provide preliminary information about the chefs menu for the day. As we describe the dishes to customers, we also consult and advise about the ingredients that the food may contain due to any allergies the customer may have before consuming. Due to the volume of the restaurant could receive whether it be brunch lunch or dinner we check food for accuracy, meaning we monitor and communicate with chef preparing the meal and the window time to make the plate presentable before delivering the food to the designated tables. Within the gap of the chef preparing the food as a food runner act as an expo preparing soups and salads when menu requires an entree as well as taking additional orders. When the customer is done and halfway out the premise, I or one of the other employees manage to switch roles. As a bus boy we clear up vacant tables to replenish food, beverages and used utensils then clean tables and work area to have presentable accommodation for the next customers. Once we leave our station, we deliver the trays of used dishes and utensils from each dining hall to the dishwasher. Show less

As a Customer Service Representative I computerized check in of passengers for international and domestic travel. Before i initiate any step further I must specifically verify all types of documentation presented for international and domestic flights. Once the process is done I ask the passenger whether they are comfortable with their designate seating assignments, if not I was more than willing to accommodate any available seating arrangements. Thus I double check the information logged in and ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger. I establish any additional information to customers with upgrade perks or travelling sale packages. While I am following up with baggage tagging or any baggage claim report procedure I, again, verify ticket and seat reservations at the check-in counter and at the boarding gate. I match the manifest to on board count and announce flight arrivals and departures but I must also monitor and maintain current knowledge of all flight schedules during shift. Consulting and keeping communication with all coworkers from outside below and inside, is a key factor to ensure, reduce, resolve any situation that may occur or delay any flight schedule. And always keeping our passenger 100% satisfied and having them comeback and use our airline again. Show less

Working in the Food Retail industry as a stock clerk, we are trained to provide customer friendly service and develop customer relationship. Also trained in following safety procedures to be certified while operating with heavy machinery around the work atmosphere.
