Jag arbetade tillsammans med Johan på Poolia. Han är en initiativrik medarbetare som gärna vill att alla kollegor ska känna sig engagerade i sitt arbete. Under tiden vi arbetade såg jag flera gånger prov på hans förmåga att både arbeta proaktivt och reaktivt. Johans proaktiva arbete resulterade ofta i att andra medarbetare, bland annat jag själv, ofta fick avlastning i vårt dagliga arbete då Johan redan hade förutsett vissa framtida problem och gärna delade med sig med en lösning. Johans förmåga att arbeta reaktivt visade sig främst i hans engagemang och samarbetsförmåga. Johan är en vinnarskalle och en team-player och jag är glad över att jag har fått chansen att arbeta med honom.

      Balance som affärside startades med orden ”glädje och trygghet” som skulle gå i symbios med den bästa träningsupplevelsen, något som saknades på den svenska träningsmarknaden. Balance grundades 2006, av numera HKH Prins Daniel och den första anläggningen öppnade samma år på Stureplan och satte en ny standard för gym i Stockholm. Fördelat på ca 2500 kvadratmeter kunde stockholmarna äntligen träna ovanför markplan i ljusa lokaler där alla bjuds på tvål och schampo av ledande varumärken. De får även låna småhanddukar till träningen och efter duschen väntar hårstyling med mousse, gelé och vax. Det finns tillgång till kläder, handduk och skåp. Detta innebär att du kan komma som du är utan att behöva packa träningsväskan på morgonen. Allt för att underlätta träningen och skapa mer tid åt familj, vänner och andra intressen i livet. Vi kallar det för vardagslyx eller balans i livet. 2009 öppnade Balance Solna som hade samma volym och utrustningsnivåer som Balance City, men med en stor barnpassning. Totalt sett har Balance ca 5000 medlemmar fördelat på dessa två anläggningar. Hösten 2014 öppnar Balance sin tredje enhet, denna i Täby- Näsby Park och i januari 2015 öppnar Balance sin fjärde enhet, denna belägen i Sundbyberg.
