As founder and CEO of WP Konsulterna, we specialize in digital projects primarily together with agencies.We have noticed that many agencies have challenges with fractured schedules and budgets, poor delivery quality, dissatisfied customers or stressed staff. Through the years we managed to build a great team that focused on supporting agencies in building strong digital projects using WordPress, for their clients. At a geographically spread out IT department (Sweden, Poland, France, UK & Singapore), I was overall responsible for monitoring, following up and also participating and managing a number of different IT projects in close collaboration with the Group's CIO.The most comprehensive program in the company's history was the new implementation of Jeeves as a ERP, the establishment of a number of other new systems and the helping out building up a development team in Poland.Other projects include launch of new global external website built on EpiServer, implementation of inRiver PIM for centralized product management that also was integrated for more automated printed catalogue production with Adobe InDesign and EpiServer Commerce for displaying products on the web.
