1. Performs the following duties: • Design, program and assemble new semi-automatic machines for production use. • Drawing of new and modified fabricated parts needed in the production. • Controls of manuals and drawing of new and existing machine done in SDP. • Set-up of new production machines and equipment. • Relay out of production machines and equipment. 2. Prepare schedule of new requested projects. 3. Prepares reports on: • Daily activity during shift meeting. • On-going projects status. • Inspection certificate of tools and jig. 4. Coordinate with the local supplier regarding technical matters of on-going projects. 5. Supervise projects technicians. 6. Recommend innovations and improvements of existing machine, equipment, dies, tools and jigs. 7. Checks and monitors PES activities for their effective and efficient implementation. 8. Support 6S, QMS and SPIS activities. 9. Follows and ensures that subordinates will comply with the control procedures of relevant significant environmental aspects and impacts. 10. Follows and ensures that subordinates will comply with the applicable requirements of the EMS, including the environmental policy, emergency preparedness and response requirements. Show less
