Take charge of 5 outlets out of 12 outlets in Malaysia to set as a role model outlet.  Mid June 2010, was given opportunities to launch new market @ Cambodia while still in charge of Singapore Operation as Senior Operation Manager Was entrust to lead the team and together with Cambodia Master Franchisor to open 1st Flagship outlet. Job scope while were there from preparing the training from management till the kitchen staff.
