Joey and I have had the pleasure of knowing eachother across two countries and three companys over the past 5+ years. When we first met at L'Oréal, I quickly tried to recruit him to join my team. While I wasn't successful then, I was lucky to be able to work with Joey when I joined him at Coty Professional Beauty in early 2019. Joey was instrumental in setting the initial eCommerce vision for Coty Professional Beauty at the time, especially as it relates to the right organizational design to win. Where we implemented that design, results followed. Joey is a seasone eCommerce leader with a coach-leader mentality and I would be happy to work with him again in the future!
