  Objective: to join a company that will provide me a long lasting relation and growth in the company and to utilize my skills and experience's in the hospitality industry. Sopias dinner Manager : I am full responsible in the administration and management of the operation and training of all staff from kitchen to dinning section. Inspite of the pandemic i was able to open the restaurant and swing the sales by offering to all the near by offices and delivery. It was a break even operation but in a short period of time we were able to achieve our targeted sales and even increased our target and now the restaurant is enjoying our low food cost of 19% and a labour cost of minimal as everyone is working on a staggering hours and multi task. Our sales is higher than budgeted and the owner is happy and plan to expand in the nearby cities. Show less

  My contribution to the hotel was not limited to the staff cafeteria as I was also assigned in the restaurant as multi tasking is being practice. My superior are extremely being happy for my performance and some of the staff are doing the same coz they are not only helping the hotel but they also increases their knowledge in the operation of the hotel. I was very like by my guest and the management of the hotel. It was a decision that I made to resigned due to some family issues that I have to address immediately and take full action. The hotel however wants me to comeback but due but due to saudization law enforcement of the government. It was put on hold and therefore I am seeking for employment anywhere if given a chance.
